Terms of Sale

By placing an order with 613Peptides ("we", "us"), you ("Customer") agree to these Terms of Sale in their entirety. If you do not agree, do not place an order.

You represent and warrant that (a) you are at least 18 years of age; (b) you are a qualified researcher, scientist, or laboratory professional purchasing for legitimate in-vitro research; (c) you have legal authority to enter into this agreement; and (d) the materials will be used in compliance with all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws.

All products sold by 613Peptides are research chemicals intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical purposes. They are NOT drugs, food, cosmetics, medical devices or dietary supplements. They are NOT intended for, and shall not be used for, human or animal consumption, injection, ingestion, inhalation, topical application, diagnosis, treatment, cure or prevention of any disease or condition. Customer assumes all responsibility and liability for the handling, storage, use and disposal of products purchased.

Nothing on this website constitutes medical, pharmaceutical, veterinary, legal or professional advice. Product descriptions reference published research literature only and are not claims of efficacy or safety for any purpose.

All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). A minimum order subtotal of $100 CAD applies. Pricing, availability and product specifications may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order at our sole discretion at any time, including after payment is received (in which case the payment will be returned).

Payment must be received in full before any order ships. Accepted methods are listed at checkout. Orders unpaid after 24 hours are cancelled automatically. Cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable once confirmed on-chain.

We ship within Canada only via discreet packaging. A flat shipping fee of $25 CAD applies to all orders. Orders are dispatched within up to 7 days of payment confirmation. Estimated transit time after dispatch is approximately 14 days, and may be longer for remote destinations. Risk of loss and title pass to Customer upon delivery of the package to the carrier.

Address and customer-information accuracy is the Customer's sole responsibility. Orders are shipped to the address provided by the Customer exactly as entered and are deemed correctly addressed. If a parcel is delayed, lost, mis-delivered, returned to sender, undeliverable, or cannot be shipped at all due to any incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or misspelled information entered by the Customer (including name, address, email, phone, or postal code), no refund, replacement, credit, or re-shipment will be issued and the order may be forfeited in full.

Payment matching: Customer must include the assigned Order Number, full name, and shipping postal code in the Interac e-Transfer message field. Payments that cannot be matched to an order within 24 hours may result in automatic cancellation, and we are not responsible for unmatched or misdirected payments.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept returns and do not issue refunds, exchanges, credits or cancellations for any reason once an order has been placed, including but not limited to: change of mind, incorrect selection, incorrect shipping address, delays in transit, customs interception, regulatory changes, or refusal of delivery.

PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We make no representation regarding purity, potency, safety, or suitability for any specific application beyond general in-vitro research.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall 613Peptides, its owners, employees, suppliers or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with the products, this website, or these terms — whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount the Customer paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless 613Peptides and its affiliates from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your purchase, possession, handling, use, misuse or disposal of the products, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Ottawa, Ontario.

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

We may update these terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your order governs that order.
