Who can order?
Only qualified researchers age 18 or older, ordering for in-vitro laboratory research. By placing an order you confirm this.
Where do you ship?
Canada only — all 10 provinces and 3 territories. We do not ship internationally and we cannot ship to the United States.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are packed and dispatched within up to 7 days of payment confirmation. Once dispatched, typical Canada-wide delivery is approximately 14 days. Remote postal codes may take longer.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes — $100 CAD subtotal (before shipping).
What payment methods are accepted?
Interac e-Transfer (recommended) and cryptocurrency (BTC / ETH / USDT). All prices in CAD.
What do I write in the e-Transfer message?
Your Order Number, full name, and shipping postal code. Without these we may be unable to match your payment and your order will not ship.
Is auto-deposit available?
Yes. If your bank still asks for a security question, use Question: "What are we buying?" and Answer: "research" (all lowercase).
Can I cancel, return, or refund an order?
No. All sales are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances.
What if I entered my address wrong?
It is your sole responsibility to verify all information before checking out. If a parcel is lost, returned, or undeliverable because of any error in the information you provided, no refund or replacement will be issued and the order may be forfeited.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. Plain, unmarked outer packaging with no product names or invoices visible.
Are these for human use?
No. Every product is sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not drugs, food, cosmetics, or supplements and are not intended for human or animal consumption.
How should I store the products?
Lyophilized peptides should be stored sealed, away from light, ideally refrigerated or frozen for long-term storage. Reconstituted material is for research-protocol use only.
