We ship to all 10 provinces and 3 territories. No international shipping.
One flat shipping fee per order, regardless of size or destination.
Typical Canada-wide transit time after dispatch. Remote postal codes may take longer.
Plain, unmarked outer packaging. No invoices or product names visible.
Order minimum
A minimum subtotal of $100 CAD (before shipping) is required to check out.
Processing & dispatch
Orders are packed and dispatched within up to 7 days of payment confirmation. Once dispatched, typical Canada-wide delivery time is approximately 14 days. An order-confirmation email containing your Order Number is sent immediately after checkout.
Order information & e-Transfer messages
When sending your Interac e-Transfer, you must include your Order Number, full name, and shipping postal code in the e-Transfer message field. Orders that cannot be matched to a payment within 24 hours are cancelled automatically and are not shipped.
Address & customer information accuracy
Please double-check every field of your shipping address and contact details before placing your order. We ship to the address exactly as entered. If any information you provide is incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or misspelled — including name, street, unit, city, province, postal code, email, or phone — and the parcel is delayed, lost, returned, or cannot be shipped at all, it is solely your responsibility. No refund, replacement, credit, or re-shipment will be issued, and the order may be forfeited.
Lost / damaged parcels
Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the package. We will provide tracking information and reasonable assistance with carrier claims, but cannot guarantee replacement of items damaged or lost in transit.
No refunds
